Listen up! I have been there and know the challenge that comes with trying to heal my own symptoms of digestive dysfunction and hormone imbalances.
I also understand the failed attempts, not to mention the expense of supplements and bogus protocols that kept me in a viscous cycle.
I struggled with constipation in childhood, bowel uncertainty with travel, severe bloating in adulthood, significant ADHD in PA school, chronic yeast, leaky gut, and difficulty gaining weight as a result of malabsorbed nutrients also affecting hormones. Chronic stress and eight years of shift work in acute medicine left me exhausted, depleted and malnourished. I was desperate for answers and felt absolutely hopeless.
I also saw similar symptoms in patients that ultimately led me to a God inspired "AHA" moment I call "A Better Way" to help others through the lens of functional medicine.
I am passionate about helping others prevent and reverse the collection of symptoms we define as disease. It is my high purpose and calling in this world.

I am a certified physician assistant and functional medicine practitioner who stepped away from conventional medicine to help men and women achieve lasting wellness with "A Better Way!"
I saw FAR too many SICK patients not getting well with standard of care and thankful for divine insight that now support sustained wellness with root cause solutions.
I have 8 years of clinical experience in acute medicine, 6 years experinec as an aesthetic injector and over 3 years of full-time clinical experience with functional medicine consulting.
I completed an additional 22-month advanced fellowship at The School of Applied Science and obtained certification as functional medicine practitioner in October 2022.
I left a high paying corporate job with amazing benefits to do this work without regret.
